Loving your kitchen! Miss cooking on an aga, but my slow cooker helps a little. Always cook from scratch myself, but looking to include some more plant based dishes (was veggie for 4 years, then hit with dairy allergy, but found veganism to hard when living out of hotels during the working week).
Is there any actual downside to chopping the vegetables in the food processor? You seem not thrilled about doing it, and I wonder if it chops things too fine? Been thinking for awhile about getting one.

I found it so relatable about how you found sage synonymous with lamb. There’s definitely a few things that I’ve had to work through.
What is vegetable suet? Is it like shortening? Can I use something else instead? Like coconut oil?

Thank you so much for these recipes, I will be trying the mushroom dumpling soup! It makes me drool. I have never heard of suet before, and after doing some research I found it is quite a traditional ingredient, I'm afraid I can't find it here in Belgium. Could I substitute it with something?
a big tip if you freeze your meals put gladwrap on the top before you put the lid because that will stop the freezer cristals thats not a nice taste

Hi, What is the vegetable suet?
You should consider an immersion blender for soups and sauces. It is so much faster and saves you pouring back and forth into different containers.
I’m not sure if I can get chestnuts is there a good replacement?

tip: you should get a garlic press then you just take the skins off and you can press the garlic instead of chopping all that garlic

I don't have a freezer at uni or I'd defo make a massive lasagne this looks amazing!! personally i don't think there's much point putting vegan cheese in sauce cause it just melts away, but i love it sprinkled on the top like you have it 🙂
