I think this is the best way for me to go . Think your body needs to adjust also . I can use up the Animal products I have left in the freezer that my meat eating fam doesn’t eat and I don’t have to stress learning to make the change . Do not want to eat meat . Somehow we disconnect from the reality of how much an animal suffers so we can eat meat . I do not want to have anything to do with it . I may even give away the meat in my freezer
I just found out that i have one completely vegan meal. i wasn’t aware because i thought the breakfast patties by morning farms are made of meat. They are super tasty and one patty is jacked with protein (3f,3c,9p) so i thought it’s a perfect meal prep to go along with my veggie rice. And then i found out that it’s a veggie patty and i felt betrayed for like 20 seconds and then i continued eating lol
I cant have dairy and i cant eat pork or beef because my body doesnt break it down right. I dont care for eggs..so i eat poultry and fish but working in a meat plant i cant stand meat anymore so its just been gradual for me
I went vegan over night and the gas and stomach pain nearly killed me. I lost 2 kg in one week and felt really bad. I guess the my body couldn't take the fast transition.
I began with simple smoothies since I have Lupus & felt horrible most of the time. A banana, spinach & almond milk smoothie was easy and I eventually added extra healthy ingredients like Pumpkin or Flax Seeds, Maca, Raw Cacao, etc. My junk food loving, college student asked me about a smoothie for breakfast today and made me extremely happy!
Thank you for this video!!!!! I was vegetarian for years and eventually went back to meat bc I was honestly living on milkshakes and fries…but over the past few years I've contemplated going vegan for the health benefits. It just seems so daunting!!!! This is honestly the first vid I've watched (and I have seen a lot!) where the thought of transitioning back to no meat and going even further by trying veganism actually seems very do-able! I can't tell you how helpful these tips are, they truly have me motivated to finally make that transition.
I'm vegetarian & I've tried going vegan atleast 9 times & i just cant seem to get it perfect! I always somehow mess up, but deff doing the 1 step @ a time. Once a week then increising it later on! Thank youu!!!
I love the idea of becoming vegan and I want to become one. The only thing I’m concerned about is not getting enough vitamins and supplements from my food like B-12, Calcium or Iron.
I started 2017 being vegan, it was good time, lost weight felt i was doing something good for myself, but i am afraid now im more vegetarian , how to get back on track , any advice? 🙁
I'm 5 years late but thank you so much lol
actually helpful vegan transitioning tips unlike a lot of other vegan transitioning tip videos out there

I want to avoid A processed vegan diet is has to just as bad as my current regular diet
I'm doing this cuz I have a sensitive stomach. Beef and pork are the worst. Don't even get me started with milk. 😑

Macaroni & cheese, just another dish of phytic acid!
Problem with meat replacements I found is they're made with flour or grain of some kind, and the issue of phytic acid.
