Phew! That was a lot to cover 😊 Thank you so much for your love and support recently! I know I hyped up the vegan peanut butter cups so please don't tell Alicia I'm sharing the recipe here but they're SO GOOD and so easy to make you HAVE to try them! 👌
#1 – put 5 graham crackers or digestive biscuits in a bag and crush them using a rolling pin into fine crumbs (or use a food processor if you have one).
#2 – mix 1/2 cup of plant butter, 3/4 cup peanut butter, 3/4 cup of the crackers/biscuit crumbs, and 1/4 cup maple syrup in a pot over medium heat.
#3 – Remove from heat and divide into muffin cups (~2tbsp per cup)
#4 – Combine 1/4 cup plant-based milk and 1 cup non-dairy chocolate in a pot on medium heat until melted. Remove from the heat and spoon over the peanut butter cups. *optional: add some chopped pecans, almonds or peanuts over top
#5 – Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving. Ta da!! ✨
Also here's a link to Skylar's channel, she has a lot of cool content: https://www.youtube.com/c/TheTattooedDogTrainer
Love ya! x
This pet food expert is biased and behind the times scientifically when it comes to dogs. She refuses to call them omnivores, but instead says they are carnivores and somehow "scavengers" at the same time(?). Yeah that's just called being an omnivore. This isn't just my opinion, this is the opinion of multiples scientists and studies.
Dogs can and do survive and thrive on a plant-based diet as they are omnivores. There are multiple commercially available vegan dog foods that are completely safe, nutritious, and approved by veterinarians.
do fran fine!!! she has an incredible body
I've been vegan for 16 years but spirulina on fruit? Hell noooo….
If someone has fast metabolism they also feel hungry faster. So it's not how it really works with teenagers.
love your videos! there are all so kind, like you're really focusing on health, having an ed that helps me relieve the pressure on the cals etc, for real! you simply radiate kindness all the time, you're so plainly funny, no extra, just you, this is so calm and refreshing <3 i'm so happy you gain that many new subscribers, you deserve it, your videos are the one that should be showcase and not mukbangs or whatever ahah 🙂 i love also that even if you're talking about health, you're fully covering the topic, this is like a mini-documentary everytime ❤ thanks for being here, even if there is an enormous amount of ytbers that talk about health and diet etc, you're the one that stands out for me
What video were you following for the yoga? It looks like a really good sequence.
I love that people are getting the word about Vegan diets and how good they can really taste!
I'm about 90% vegan (I will have a vegetarian meal at a restaurant if they don't have a vegan option), and I definitely don't go as hard as these recipes 😂 Maybe someday
I’m loving this serie of videos, make one with Gossip Girl, pleaaaase! 🤎🤎🤎
Any diet that is planned inadequately even with meat can affect children’s growth and development. Meat really is not a miraculous ingredient.
Dogs and cats are not herbivores, dogs are omnivores and cats are obligate carnivores. Also, a nutrient deficient diet such as veganism is drastically harmful to a developing child. The bioavailability of plants is far too little for a child who requires abundant nutrients to grow.
The TV show I remember from the 90's having ridiculously thin actresses was Ally McBeal.
I have read Portia DeRossi's book Unbearable Lightness about her struggles with an eating disorder.
Dolmas are very popular in Turkey!
Are u Portuguese? 🇵🇹
I love this video and appreciate you getting expert opinions and telling both sides of the story. One thing I do have to note as a veterinary assistant who spent 10 years working at a veterinary hospital (which implies that I'm by no means an expert since I'm not a veterinarian, but I've worked with dozens of vets and hear their recommendations): The FDA and AAFCO (the two American governing bodies of pet food) have approved several vegetarian and/or vegan dog foods brands and deem them as "complete and balanced nutrition for dogs" with no extra supplementation needed. In fact, there are actually prescription vegetarian diets for pets who suffer from severe protein allergies.
I will say though, most veterinarians HIGHLY discourage homemade vegetarian/vegan pet diets because it is far too easy to miss key nutrients that way. But brands like Natural Balance, V-Dog, Halo, and Wild Earth (among others) should be safe to exclusively feed to dogs (not cats!) because they contain appropriate levels of all necessary nutrients. Always discuss with your pets veterinarian though if you want to play it safe and have any concerns. <3
I really loveeeee your content Jessica!
Especially the 90s diet analysis series. Maybe you could do a video on the tv show ‘Sabrina the Teenage Witch’ 🔮✨
It's the perfect research for me! Omg. You put a lot of effort on these videos. Congrats💫 very well done
Vegan diets for dogs and cats are fucking vile. I'm glad you had a specialist come in and she debunked Alicia's misinformation.
Poor dogs
I am vegan, but people can get the same benefits from a plant-based diet by being pescetarian or vegetarians. I think Alicia has a good relationship with food, and she loves to garden, so she incorporates with a lot of vegetables in her recipes.
Is no one talking about the butter in the edamame salad? no hate (maybe it was margarine/ vegan butter) but it made me choke 😹
Do NOT feed your pets a vegan diet! Especially cats! A vegan diet lacks essential nutrients that cats and dogs cannot make on their own! This can lead to major cardiac issues in pets. Cats are carnivores, people are not. We can eat vegan and be just fine, cats/ dogs cannot.
I try to eat mostly plant-based but some days, I'm just not organised well enough and cheat. I think done well, it is a very nutritious and ethical way to eat
Hi!! I love your channel! If you want you should try Britney Spears diet from the early 2000’s. 🙂
I enjoyed it very much. Keep it up!!! You are missing out = P r o m o S M !
i applaud her for being vegan for many years & sticking to it but she shouldn’t force her pets or kids to be vegan, that’s a lil much to me
WOW. This video actually makes me want to buy that cookbook. All of the meals looked amazing.
I would be interested in the Charmed tv show ladies! If you want to continue this of course!
love your videos! I do wanna let you know that I'm p sure that's not how to use the bamboo steamer lol
Please don't mention putting babies or pets that aren't herbivores on vegan diets. It's neglect and not healthy at all for them and they can't consent. It's very wrong. Infants need human milk or as close as possible to it to help build brain matter and to build their immune systems. It borderlines on abuse.
Hii, love these series! Could you please do young Britney Spears?
What about the diets/workout of the gossip girl cast? I always wondered about that. I followed Blake Lively a lot when I was younger and I remember she said how much she loved to eat, cook, and bake. They all were all so tiny on the show and looked great.
Beans are a source of protein and they are healthy.
that was such a brave spirulina shirt 😮
Love this type of videos! Can you do gossip girl?
I want to go vegan so bad!!! I was a vegetarian for a while but unfortunately I was only motivated due to an eating disorder. I'm healthy today and would like to try veganism, but afraid of falling into old habits. If anyone has gone through something similar or has any tips on self-help books that touch on this topic, it would be greatly appreciated! <3
I love how your outfits have coordinated with the characters in this series so far! The plaid for Cher is so cute! And of course am loving how well researched and thoughtful your videos are, as everyone else is already saying 🙂
