First time I ever used red onion was in a salad recipe and I didn't like it and it smelled up the fridge. I see you use it a lot. Any suggestions? Also does it matter if I cook with red or regular onions?
I actually made the Lemon and Sundried Tomato Spaghetti and the Thai sweet potato and carrot soup for my meal prep. I thought both were great! Very satisfying.
Tried the spaghetti last night and everyone loved it! I particularly like that you can prep all the ingredients while the noodles are cooking. It’s so quick and easy. Thanks Maddie and Alex!
Love the recipes, love the way you do your videos and the music is wonderful too. Very relaxing to watch and listen! I'm not a vegan but I don't mind having vegan food once or twice a week when I find good recipes!
Hey does anyone have any tips for me? I'm 16 and yesterday was my first day fully vegan, I'm also autistic and a very fussy eater which is kind of restricting the food I eat. I'm watching these recipe videos but nothing really looks appealing to me and I'm not sure what to do.

Try a low FODMAP diet for IBS, its basically avoiding IBS trigger foods.
I've battled IBS, GERD for years and now following the low fodmap plan and so far, so good.
