Wow, I have a friend who is not vegan but Hates the thought of eggs. But, I got her addicted to quiche. Now I can make her an eggless quiche!! She's gonna love this I think.

Just made the quiche and it's delicious!!! My husband loves it! Eggs Benedict next:)
I suggest you try my favorite crust for quiche, which is 1 large potato and 1 onion, grated. Salt and let sit in a net sieve for about 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess liquid, press into a pie tin, and prebake 15 minutes at 425. Delicious, simple and gluten free.
