Been watching some vegan food channels to get more ideas how to cook more veggie based. I am not vegan but I learning alot of new things and ways to cook. I am on a mission to increase my fruit and veggie profile and try new ones I don't usually eat.

i have a question, hope someone can answer me, its about the iodine, so the salt im using is iodine infused… is that enough iodine for the day or do i still have to supplement it? side note: im using pretty much salt for my food, probably a bit too much ^^ but never eating seaweed. so yea, would be cool if someone can answer this π

Crystal I support u 100%. Having said that, I'm team Derek when it comes to post workout as I usually finish my gym session around 9am. My leftovers will become my lunch then. Your are both amazing! I would love to see a progression (for none to 5) chin up.
