65.9g Protein, 98 g Fat 18.2 g Carbs with an additional 20 g Fat from oils.118g Fat.
That’s a Fat/Protein/Carb ratio 59/32/9 that is too high in protein for me. I understand that everyone is different but it seems like you are out of the fat threshold which shouldn’t be under 70% percent. I’m not judging but asking if you’ve arrived at this conclusion through testing at what point you are still in ketosis? Have your levels changed?

Currently vegan and 16-8 fasting 3 days a week. I’m looking to try keto but it looks like a pain. It’s worse than giving up meat and dairy. That noatmeal does not look yummy, I’ll try it with high hopes.

I've struggled with anorexia and binge eating.. My channel now is depressing because its me working through all that, mainly to let people know they are not alone, if my life is a mess might as well be for something… I'm researching vegan gluten free keto right now.. I am high carb vegan (400g+) but I feel keto will help stop my binges and apparently higher fat helps lower depression and anxiety. I will track everything when keto.. Thanks for the ideas xxx
