I love that you cut the cubes up into smaller pieces! And even though my body doesn't love garlic, I'm gonna go for the 7 cloves ha ha 🙂 the color of this dish is gorgeous, too
This seems so similar to our Paneer manchurian/Chilli Panneer/ Panneer 65 cooked here in India. In India v even have a Jain version ie…without onion and garlic and it tastes just as good if not better.
This may be a dumb question but I’ve always wondered do you eat those little Chile peppers or are they just for flavoring the dish while cooking? Sorry idk how to word it properly
After having cooked this recipe for so many times I can say this method and recipe is by far the best. Totally changed my attitude towards Tofu. Thanks so much!
Cooked this tonight…so phenomenal! I don’t think I pressed and dried my tofu long enough…so not as crispy…did not matter! Used chili powder as well…again…didn’t matter…this was so delicious…go for it!
Amazing!!! Love it so much!. I also want to comment on your voice. You speak clear, slow and very sultry. The video is appealing on all levels…visually, audible and composition.
I’ve made this recipe dozens of time! It helped me during the beginning stages of not eating animal products. Thank you so much! I cook the tofu in the air fryer spraying it with Pam.
I made this today and it was delicious. One change I made is to bake the tofu instead of fry it. That way you don't have to deal with the hassle of putting it on a cooling rack and getting rid of the excess oil. What I did is put the tofu pieces into a ziploc bag, shake up some corn starch into it, then add oil and shake that up in the bag too. Then bake at 400F for 30 mins
Is there such a thing as too much garlic?
I've made this 3 times already and IT SO DELICIOUS. if you haven't tried it go try it
I want some, please.

Luar biasa saya suka sekalibresep ini
Tried it and not like an authentic vegan. It’s more like the American Bland taste food

*not related to the copious amounts of spice

Looks good, just got a bunch of home made tofu gifted to me.
Question: can I pre make this for a lunch the next day and just store the crispy tofu seperate or is tofu not able to be stored after frying ?
This has made me soooo hungry. I’m going shopping to buy a couple of the ingredients, can’t wait to try this!
Could coconut oil work for this? I don't have any vegetable oil on me
Can Gochujang be used instead of Gochagaru? (I'm unfamiliar with these spices, but found Gochujang at my local store)
👀…👍🔥😎🔥👍
But isn't that too much tofu. I hear tofu can be problematic?
That looks so good!🤤🤤
This looks amazing, I can't wait try it! There can never be too much garlic! 😍😍😍

Beautiful and delicious!! Ty. May I ask… what cutlery are you using? I love that knife.
Omg, this looks divine! What can be a replacement for guchugaru?
I just made this and it is the most delicious thing I've ever put in my mouth. I will definitely make it again. Thank you so much.
