Absolutely adore the pumpkin gnocchi. It’s comfort food at its best. Swapped the thyme for sage as I don’t like too much thyme flavour. Will definitely make again 🍽

In Slovakia, we have similar "noodles" as gnocchi (the dough is basically the same, but they are shaped more longer and thinner), and there are several sweet variations of them (each one is some dry topping + melted butter). Toppings can be: ground poppy seeds + confectioner's sugar, ground walnuts + CS, toasted breadcrumbs + CS, cocoa powder + CS. And I think I have also seen it eaten with some jam or marmelade. 🤗
I love gnocchi! I recently found (and partly modified) this recipe: you put uncooked gnocchi, sliced red onion, diced zucchini and eggplant, white beans, cherry tomatoes and a bit of oil on a sheet pan, bake for 15 to 20 mins and then add pesto before serving. Quick and delicious. Also some tofu vegan feta goes with it perfectly.
Gonna try the spinach one tonight but Ill use peas instead since I dont have edamame, or should I use beans? They all look great though, thank you for the video 🙂

I don’t understand why everyone is so obsessed with a 5 minute cook time. I would rather take 10 or 15 minutes and not be so rushed.
Actually cooked in five minutes. I think its really a 10 minute meal, 4 minutes to boil water first and tins open. Look like nice recipes to try.

Try adding some cinnamon to the butter and sugar gnocchi, it is really good.

I would have added some curry powder to the pumpkin one, think it would add so much depth to it. Thanks for some quick and easy options.
