1) There is an emergency, a climate emergency that we absolutely have to address and very quickly.
2) The cause is the burning of fossil fuels and mass consumption of resources.
3) None of us wants to change our lifestyles, no one wants to go through the pain of transforming civilization into a sustainable one. It may not even be possible.
4) UN and non-UN scientists have come out to say that these monumental changes need to happen immediately, reaching zero emissions by 2030.
5) what would you suggest we do? We need worldwide cooperation to protect the commons. I don’t have an answer.
