Great Vlog, I like this style of video. I too have been an avid cyclist/runner and struggle with being skinny. I started eating higher calorie dense foods like nuts seeds avocados etc, and lifting heavy weight. It's amazing how quickly your body starts to gain mass. My shoulders are tight on my shirts now and I may need to start buying the next size up, but , all the gains have been in the right places (all muscle and zero fat gains). Over consuming protein is a myth and unhealthy. Thanks for sharing.
