It has been disproven that dietary cholesterol raises blood cholesterol. Sugar on the other hand has been proven to increase inflammation and damage blood vessels, allowing the circulating cholesterol (which you need to build cells) to adhere to the inflamed damaged vessel. Sugar is the culprit, NOT healthy fats. Can anyone relate?

Way too much misinformation in this talk. All fats are not the same and there’s a big difference between good and bad cholesterol. Also, plant based processed foods are often as bad as the thing you are substituting it for. I eat a mainly plant based diet but we all have different genes and different foods spike our glucose. There are much better talks on plant based diets

It’s one thing to have ethical reasons for not eating meat. But to say it’s healthier to only eat plants is just not true. There are too many nutrients that don’t exist in plants. And the protein in things like beans and quinoa isn’t really that bioavailable, so you have to eat a ton of It to get sufficient protein. And he’s right about one thing: a plantbased diet is a peasant diet. It’s what people would eat when they couldn’t get their preferred food that they thrived on: meat and animal products.

Plant-based lifestyle has been lifechanging for me. I lost my very fit father to undiagnosed heart disease on the day he was going to retire at 68 years old. He rode his bike up to the pool to swim his daily laps and lift weights on his lunch break, had a massive heart attack and drowned in the pool. One of his arteries was 95% blocked and another 85% blocked. He was eating a keto style diet. Just before that happened I'd read the China study and changed my own diet overnight. I lost 15 pounds, my depression and headaches went away and I was finally able to sleep through the night. It was too late to save my dad but it's now my life's work to share my story of vitality with others! 11 years later I have stuck with it and still feel amazing!

For one, the yolk of an egg is an essential food for protein and testosterone.. it really is the perfect food, the Mediterranean diet has been known to be the healthiest "diet" ..salmon is healthy (omega3+6) , meat( little portions) is beneficial with its minerals, and collagen…so 1 sided

Starches are the most cloggy of the veins. Homogenized milk is cloggy. High grain percentage diets of animals-for-food, make the meat and products more cloggy, due to the grains. But, if grains are first fermented, then eaten by the animals,… makes the grain less cloggy to veins. Pastured raised is best.
Why didn't northwestern Europeans and Mongolians (among many other populations) do what you're talking about, and instead had and have had, often still have abundant reliance on dairy products. Microbes matter too.
