Made this last weekend and we loved it! The bread is soo delicious, moist and flavorful. Went to buy the nutmeg and all the spices and you are right on-totally makes a difference! The tahini icing was oh so sweet and perfect. I give it a 10 out of 10 🙂

I made it. It was pretty sweet. I would skip the icing next time, it was bleh. Must be eaten within a day or two, else refrigerate.
This is so delicious and easy! I had some leftover pumpkin, and did the recipe as written, but added sourdough starter instead of baking powder and flour. It came out fluffy, moist and delicious. And the icing is very special and just what adds the final touch! Soooo Goooood! Thanks

In my experience, oat milk doesn’t separate into buttermilk when I add acid! soy is by far the most reliable on that count.

I made this pumpkin bread today but mine came out very moist almost like a bread pudding. With the Tahini icing it was really good. What would you suggest to have it more firm. The top and bottom are cooked. Thanks
