I like your all dishes sooo much❤️ this is also a very beautiful recipe…. But I want to say once try putting cumin seeds directly in heated oil.. it pops immediately and very beautiful aroma comes… We do like this in India 😁… Very beautiful recipe ❤️❤️❤️
Made this tonight but used mustard seed oil instead of olive oil, still used fenugreek greens but replaced the spinach with collard greens, added Kashmiri chili powder and doubled up on the spices, added fresh minced garlic, a squeeze of lemon juice and marinated my tofu in spices overnight before sautéing. Served with a side of fluffy cumin basmati rice…Man oh man… DELISH 😋
I recommend you put in the cumin seeds into the oil first, then the onion. 🙂 Otherwise, great video! A wonderful, cruelty-free take on the traditional saag paneer.
I made this. It came out great, but quite bitter. How can I combat this? I did add some lemon juice and vegan butter (my mum’s Indian and always added butter to saag, growing up) but it was still a little bitter. Any tips?

I couldn’t find any fresh fenugreek at my local grocery store. What I can use instead?

What would you recommend as a fenugreek alternative? Haven't seen this available locally
This guy makes recipes I can recreate easily. And I never liked my own tofu before, but his Chili oil is magic.
Awesome recipe and awesome choice of music, would anybody know who it is?
I live for that "Plate" at the end.
