Really enjoying watching your videos. I've just decided to go plant based, to be more healthy and lose weight, and seeing that you're plant based has helped me make the decision. So far so good – amazing how my appetite has regulated now I'm not eating rubbish! London Marathon 2020 here I come!

Nice mate. I'm a 365 days a year porridge kind of guy, I laugh at your 50g 🙂 More oats, more carbs to burn training I find. Here's a controversial add-in, Spinach. Spinach?!! yep, picked it up from someone I trained with. Rip up a handful of baby leaves (try to avoid too much stalk) and throw them in once the liquid is in. They wilt down to nearly nothing and leave no taste if you have enough other taste (banana). Easy green add to the diet.
You're making me hungry Ben! Love watching your foodie videos! I went veggie four years ago and have been vegan for a few years. The biggest difference I have noted is recovery. I recover much faster now and feel like I have more energy.

Good recipes but too much products from a bag (onions, mango, garlic, vegetables..). Aren't fresh products in London?
So you’re working hard, running all over the place, being athletic, but denying your body real nutrients? Instead you eat anti-nutrients. Oats and fruit will fatten your liver and cause cancer. Look it up. WHERE IS YOUR VITAMIN B12???
