Looks delicious! I especially like that it is vegan. I make vegan cooking videos too. How long have you been cooking vegan recipes? I’m happy we can learn more from each other. 👍

can you please do some sweet healthy vegan lunch recipes 🥺
There is already plenty of protien in vegetables and grains. Pulses are good for you and important part of pretty much any healthy diet but you don't need to "get in protein" wheat, barley, quinoa, millet and oats are around 11-17% protien some vegetables can be over 50% (by calorie) the optimal amount of protien starts around 0.66g/kg of body weight wich may be as little as 5%. Yes you could possibly be getting 3X your protien requirements living off grains (not that you should though)
Garam masala is not a spice. It literally just means a mix of spices. Usually slices used in small quantities.
I was watching one of your videos what you eat in a day and a grocery haul and you were talking about how you broke your glasses I got hit in the face with a volleyball by my gym teacher and I also stepped on a pair of glasses cuz I didn't like them when I was a teenager I thought it was funny how you said it wasn't something like me getting hit in the face with a volleyball I did and I also stepped out of pair of my glasses so I didn't have to wear them
These recipes look amazing!
go check out my new vid<3
Are you vegan?
You call pile of carbs and fiber, food? GOOH
healthy recipes ..even i mk similar food vlogs in my channel..Love from India
Also can I say thank you! Thank you for not cleaning up the plates etc when you do the serving shots 🙏 I love seeing it so "realistic" rather than the perfectly poised, cleaned, stylized shots (I do love them too though, I'm looking at you Pick Up Limes! 😍) but it definitely is refreshing and makes me smile every time you drip or drop something or there's a tasty little morsel sitting on the edge of the plate 😋 💚
Yum love the look of all of these! Lunch is easily my biggest struggle 😩
That last dish I highly recommend trying it with cooking the rice IN with the vegies. Once they veg is just about roasted, add the raw rice and a bunch of vegie or vegan chick'n stock, making sure the rice is submerged, cover with foil (if you use) and continue baking. Check it regularly to top up the liquid as needed, serve once the rice is cooked 😋 my roast vegie pilaf was an accidental vegan family favourite long before we (finally 🤦♀️) went vegan 😍
You have been such a huge inspiration to me lately! Your energy and brightness that you show toward food has really helped me. I just like seeing how excited you get to create new fun recipes and that same excitement has definitely rubbed off onto me! Thank you for being such a beautiful shinning light in this world <3 you are helping more people than you realize!!
hey:) I just wanted to tell you, that your videos put me in such a good, content mood.. and in general: I am still in the beginning of my healing journey, sometimes it seems so easy but sometimes it is also very hard and you've really shown me that that's okay and normal.. thank you for that!
I find it weird that you yourself use very little amount of fat but always suggest to the viewer that they should add more fats.. this is ED behaviour sweetie
julia your videos make my day so positive and bright!! thank you for being so inspiring and real. you truly make the dreary days seem a little more blissful🤍
You are the cutest (and the food looks bomb!)
Just a free advice, be a little careful with the quantity of Garam masala, it gives dark colour to your food and its not always good for your gut, as its all the hot(not exactly spicy but I don’t know how to translate that in English) spices. And this is just a suggestion not at all a criticism or negative comment…It might cause heartburn…. Much Love from Alberta ♥️
Hi Julia, just wanted to tell you that you turned into one of my favorite comfort YouTubers lately. Whenever I am not feeling 100%, you videos and vibrant energy always cheer me up. I do tend to compare myself with others/ their diets but you make it so easy to just enjoy your content and get inspired. I post vegan food videos on my channel as well. Feel free to check them out if you are lacking some inspiration one day! <3
Congratulations for becoming an aunt <3 and thank you so much for the recipes ^^
looks soooooooooo delishhh!!
Omg yay keep these coming . You're my sunshine 🌞
Though I am not a vegan, I am a crazy lover of edamame and chickpea!!! I rotate them everyday in my lunch salad they are so good!
Want others' opinions:
Does being vegan mean that you are somewhat more privileged than others who aren't?
Lunch is a struggggggle so I’m excited for this one
I love fruit in salad 🥗..strawberries blueberries and blackberries at times in one salad or apples …now I haven’t tried it with pasta yet but not opposed
Tank you, you are amazing! 🥰
Can you make a video about how the heck you think of all of these recipes! How do you know what will go well together? I wish I had your level of creativity!
Loved watching this video😊
The pasta looks amazing!😍
