seitan is a "new name". I grew up vegan and in my household seitan is just called gluten because that's really what it is. Vegans have been eating it for ages, just didn't have an official name
I am very glad that though you are not vegan yourself, you decided to cover this topic as well and be inclusive of everybody.
There are plenty of vegan athletes who prove that as you said there is no reason why you wouldn't have amazing results on a well planned vegan diet.
Most of instructors are very close-minded and look down on vegan diet.

I appreciate this video sooo much. I've been into weight lifting for about eight years and a vegetarian for 11. The beginning was really difficult for me. And I think this is a great video for those that think that you can't get your protein in by being vegetarian.
