Looks great!! I have to try putting turmeric into my rice/quinoa. I'm a bit confused though.. Did you say pumpkin chili and then didn't put any pumpkin in it?? Or was the "mashed sweet potato" actually pumpkin puree?
Those look great, I'm definitely going to try them cause I don't like having to cook everyday but if I don't then I end up eating a bunch of junk food. Do you just heat everything up in the same container before you eat it?
I really like how those recipe sound! And indeed, when I fail to meal prep (even the most basic meal prep), I tend to eat foods that are not that healthy… Usually, my meal prep is a lazier version, and consist in cooking some beans/ lentils/ chickpeas, cleaning some veggies and cooking 1-2 dishes to have for the first 2-3 days of the week. Also, I cook some burgers/ seitan or stuff for my husband's work lunches ๐
Finally the turmeric quinoa rice has made it onto a video! I msged you on IG a bunch of weeks ago and you gave me the recipe. Thanks btw. I make it all the time! Quick question. Do you think I could sub chocolate PB2 powder for the protein powder in the Bliss Balls? I honestly just don't feel like buying protein powder. lol
