hi Chef,
from Petra N. once more.
I noticed here below, is no recipe from you in regards to your patties, is there a reason for this?
Just wondering.
Luv Petra.
Thanks for the great recipe Chef. Is there anything I can sub the oats with that is gluten free please?
I canβt seem to find the recipe π€ͺ
Another great recipe from my new favourite Chef.. I'm so glad I stumbled across your Chanel.. Cynthia, you used butter beans for this recipe, are they the same as Cannellini beans? They look the same. Like baked beans without the sauce.. Am definitely giving these a try, the look great!!
While I'm here I have to mention that I signed up for your 14 day challenge about a month ago and due to some shitty circumstances, was unable to fully complete, but you helped me out via email (thank you so much..). I'm on annual leave from work at the moment and have the time to explore your recipes from the challenge. OMG!! I made the Pumpkin Pancakes for lunch yesterday for the first time. I had left over roasted pumpkin and whipped those babies up in no time… They were sooooo good. Even the batter was delicious! I've never been a chilli person, but I now make your chilli beans on a regular basis, same with the corn chowder, which couples fabulously with the miso ginger roasted pumpkin. I can't tell you enough how much you have inspired me on this love of food journey I'm on. I've NEVER been a foodie. Food for me has always been about fuel. Something that you have to do to make your body work, but since becoming plant based about 2 years ago, I've found food exciting, but most recipes are so time consuming and just not practical after a long day at work, but YOU Chef Cynthia take my excited-ness to a whole new level. Wonderfully delicious, easy, quick and nourishing food. I honestly live out of your 'Lets EAT real plant-based recipes' and the 14 day challenge recipes and while I've got some time off work will be purchasing your Plant Based Love Stories cook book. I know I'm blabbering, but you have no idea how much you have changed and enhanced my whole experience with food and in turn, changed my attitude and my life. At 54 years old, I feel the best and happiest I've felt in a very long time… I feel like i can actually manage this plant based lifestyle and not run myself into the ground trying.. You are a game changer for me Cynthia, and I truly and sincerely thank you for what you do.. xxx
Looks super good!!!! Canβt wait to try
Hi Chef Cynthia,
from Petra Nachtsheim.
Question for you.
The patties, after you had finished making them & adding bread crumbs on top of them and cooked them into the pan, and took one out onto your plate there, didn't you not check the inside to see if they were done?
I always think that after browning patties using bread crumbs on both sides that the insides are not yet done, did you ever check the inside to see if they were or are done?
# 2.)
What was those beige things you used to put into your bowl, were they beans are something?
I didn't really quite catch what you had said in your video there. π€π€
# 2.)
Also, instead of mushrooms which I hate the flavor of πππ¨, would it be ok that I use smoked tofu instead?
Thanks,
P.
Yummm
I donβt see the recipe, where would I find it please?
where is the recipe?
Chef that looks such a great simple patty recipe. Will definitely try. I like a slice of beetroot with my burgers, gives it an umami touch.
Will be giving this a go looks nice Chef
Hi Chef Cynthia. I'm a new subscriber. Looking forward to making this one and many others from your channel and e-book.
Question – Is there a specific type of oats I should use to make oat flour? Rolled? Instant? Or anything will do?
