I have tried Singapore noodles a couple of times, actually with linguine pasta, and different recipes. Is it supposed to have a mild taste? Perhaps it does depend on the curry powder or do I need to make more sauce? I find Pad Thai or Chow Mein sauces much stronger in terms of flavour. Noodles are good, but I would hardly say they are my favourite! I want to figure it out since the name is good! 😉
Hi Will, you said you used a pre-made curry powder, did you buy it pre-made if so what was it called (there are a lot of different curries out there i.e. Indian, Madras, Malaysian etc.). If you made it the curry powder yourself, could you please tell me the quantities. I too really like your style not a lot of talking, straight to the point very easy to watch and understand.
While watching your video, I was thinking, why he doesn’t use a wok to cook this dish? …and the next second you say, you don’t have a wok!? So I, as a European person, really recommend a traditional Asian Wok! That just works great, I absolutely love it! You will love it ! :)))
I love the way he chops the vegetables especially garlic. What's the difference between a shallot and an onion? I've never seen a shallot in my supermarket. I don't live in America or Canada.
Your recipes seem simple and easy to make. I chose this one to try first on my journey to include healthier meals in my diet. Made a quadruple batch tonight and had to force myself to stop eating it. It was fantastic. I immediately came back here to subscribe. Will be trying more of your recipes. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
I finally have all the ingredients without making a trip to the store minus the shallots and green bell pepper. So I’m going to sub with red onion and orange bell pepper. But I have everything else including the vermicelli rice noodles. Can’t wait to whip this up. Thanks for sharing.
I've incorporated some of ur techniques into my cooking. I just noticed your growth on the same recipe (this video is the older one), it gaves me hope for myself, not just cooking but like as an example on how we all strive to keep improving ourselves in life. Thank you! 😋
Thank you for your awesome tutorials. They are so easy to follow and great for a beginner like me. Ps: can you tell me the name brand of the food storage containers you use in your cupboard please? They look so simple but neat. Thanks
Speaks Cantonese on cooking show featuring Asian-inspired dishes.

Go to Indian grocery store for the rice noodles you are looking for.
I appreciate your videos! Simple and to the point! You don’t take 20-30 minutes for one recipe. Thank you.
