Make sure to track your calories as you do this, plant based foods are naturally calorically dilute so you will probably need to eat more than you usually would to get the right amount of food. Also, unless you're working out lots you won't need to use protein powders, as long as you're eating adequate calories you'll have adequate protein intake. I think you have the right attitude about not loading yourself up on vegan junk food and incorporating more natural whole fruits and vegetables at home. I've learned some really important information for vegans and just want to pay it forward. You might already know, but just in case you don't it's encouraged that vegans take a B12 supplement for a healthy heart, immune system and metabolism. Ground flax seeds for your omega 3's and fiber and a multivitamin with B6, folate, choline vitamin D, calcium etc. just for your over all health. Good luck on a new you! Please post more vegan meals. By the way, what cheese did you use for the burger?
You live in my area. FYI, I believe you are allergic to Casein. So am I. So are a lot of black people but they never go get checked. I did. I wasn't lactose intolerant, I get inflamed.
I'm going to be following your recipes for sure. I went mostly vegan over the winter and felt great. No cramps during my period and light only 2-3 days. I stopped and idk why. I even felt mentally clearer but you definitely inspired me to get back to it and after watching what the health lol I hope you do more of these. I watched like 3 times lol

Didn't make it through the whole video but you should also be looking for casein free foods if you are cutting out dairy

I use kidney beans, salsa, rotel, onions and bell peppers. You can use vegan meat but i don't like it so I don't.
