Recently I’ve noticed some of my old negative thinking patterns regarding food and feeling like I need to restrict myself in order to lose weight. After discovering your videos you really helped me push those negative thoughts aside and made me want to focus on what I can eat to make me FEEL my best. And I truly believe that when we feel our best the weight will naturally fall. Thank you <3
Hey Chelsea, I’m new to your channel. I’m loving your recipes & super real vibe. The fact all the ingredients you cook with I already have, are affordable and I can easily find, making it so much more achievable. Eating well shouldn’t have to be expensive. Thank you. I’m hooked 👍
Just made the broccoli rice sushi bowl and omg it's really delicious!!
These are great recipes. Sometimes we over think the whole food issue. I truly appreciate you and your recipes.
Your mom 😍
such a great video! excited to try the first recipe with the hummus and your mom is so cute! 🙂
BPA free plastic may not be harmful to your body, but it is extremely harmful to the planet that provides you with all those lovely veggies. Please consider using compostable bags. They’re much improved from when the first came out. You can even get zip-lock sandwich sized ones. Extend the plant-based diet to your bags! Let’s clean up our act for our children!
3rd meal: broccoli, brown rice, avocado, sesame seeds, toasted seaweed
2nd meal: noodles, edamame, kale, lemon juice, cucumber, bell peppers, carrot, red cabbage, coriander, mint, peanut sauce
1st meal: potatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, coriander, lemon juice, chili flakes, pepper, 1 tbsp of hummus
Hello from Kansas! Thank you for sharing. The only way to guarantee the food is vegan Here in the Midwest is to cook it yourself so I’m always looking for great new recipe’s.
For my money, it’s the MINT that makes this salad. Chels, the dressing was DEVINE! I used the herb salad mix from a store in the states (Trader Joes ) instead of the kale. Seriously, delicious! Thanks 😊 so much. 💚🌱💚
Mmm I just made the broccoli rice bowl , it’s soooo good !! Thank you 🥰
I wish I had your mad chopsticks skills!!
Good ideas, Chelsea, to stay on track. Thank you for your suggestions on how to make it easier.
nice
I found your channel yesterday and I love it so so so much
Yep, I purchased the same steamer and I love it and use it all the time! Great recipes as well.
Your Mom is so adorable! So supportive; love her!
I've made all of these this week and the noodle one is awesome. Thanks for sharing.
I made the broccoli rice bowl recently. It’s so good and kept me full for a long time

Hi Chelsea! I love your recipes and all of your videos!!! Thank you so much for your recipes and tips!
So, I see that you like Korean food! I want to give you an awesome sauce recipe!
This sauce will be awesome with your sushi bowl and bibimbap!! (super yummy with the toasted seaweed [we call "kim"])
For You
*1T gochujang
*1/2 cloves minced garlic
*1/2 tsp maple syrup
* 1T apple cider vinegar
* 1/4 tsp sesami oil (or more)
For Kiddos
* 1T soysauce
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp onion powder
* 1/2 tsp sesami oil
If you want more spicy, add little more gochujang, you can skip sesami oil but personally, taste so much better with it.
I really hope that I can see you try this sauce! <3
A comment first: Having finally arrived at age 65, with heart history (bypass, stent, etc.), male, I am in early heart failure. YOUR VIDEOS have singularly convinced me to go vegan (NOTE: I was vegetarian years past and in good weight range, but fell off the wagon when my wife passed from cancer.) In the past two weeks, I've lost 15 LBS (GAAAAWWWDDD bless you!) From 221 to 206 LBS today. My MD is impressed! I love the variety now, and vegan ROCKS! PLEASE keep it going. I totally understand now that deficit VS intake is the key. Now the question: How can you possibly consume ALL THAT FOOD? In this video, you ate two bowls (By yourself?) I just made spinach, broccoli, tomato, green beans salad, with a WATERED-DOWN vegan dressing. It was delish, but there's no WAY I could eat all that. Will I adjust?
Chels!!! I LOVE YOUR MUM! She's THE CUTEST!!!
As an engineer who works with RF (Radio Frequency) – of which microwaves are a part of, I can assure you microwaves are perfectly safe to cook in. I could write a long detailed explanation explaining the science but a quick explanation is that microwaves use non-ionizing radiation (like radio waves), which are safe. Ionizing radiation is the bad stuff – x-rays, ultraviolet rays from the sun, nuclear bombs… Any info you see on the internet that claims otherwise is simply not backed by science or was an "experiment" not done to the standards of science.
I'm totally snaking on Oreos as you said that……well crap
My problem with plastic is not the health aspect of it but the environmental issue it creates. Therefore I try to not use anything wrapped in plastic as much as I can. We have more and more stores offering goods package free but of course this is sometimes not as convenient. Love your recipes, the sushi inspired bowl is one of my go to meals each week. Ím still not sure if I should buy an airfryer although I see some many raving about it 😄
This video is gold girl!! I can’t WAIT to try these recipes drooling
Looks delicious but too expensive for me to eat like that everyday.
Hi! Love your channel, lots of great advice. Your Feb 11th podcast really hi the mark for me. I'm inspired to do more manageable goals. Thank You!
