After 9 years of whole food vegan diet, I consume 150-180g of fiber EVERY SINGLE DAY. ZERO digestion issues! Consistency & meal similarity is key. Also soaking, rinsing, draining and cooking thoroughly whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds helps a lot.
I've never had those issues even when I was eating 220 grams of protein a day I guess everyone is different
