10:30 – 11 am sabji roti ( 3-4 roti )
Daal chawal sabji for lunch + curd
4:30-5 pm : Banana , dry fruits , chocolate . Eat carbs
6pm workout
After workout drink( one glass milk , banana , peanut butter , one spoon protein powder )
Dinner around 9 pm 3-4 rotis + daal , salad

Hi Sis, I have lost weight and now trying to gain again, but it's not working out. I am lactose intolerant and would never like to drink milk even for weight gain. I also don't eat non veg ,but still I was 43 kg 6 months back, which was good for me. Is there anything else I can do, coz I can't strictly follow your method since I can't eat non veg and milk.

mere weight bahut kam tha maine youtube se dekh kar bahut kuch try kiya but mera weight badh hi nhi rha tha. Meri relative ne mujhe ek vaidh ji k bare me bataya. Maine vaidh ji se baat kar k 4 months ka unki dawa ka course chalaya 1st month me hi mai 40 kg se 46.7 kg ho gyi thi.. mai jaha se dawa leti thi waha ka w.app nmbr maine apne naam k sath likh diya hai
