I myself want to try whole30 and an elimination diet the most.
My body definitely does not like certain foods, etc and it would be nice to know what so I can avoid it.

This is so cool! Do you use hormonal birth control? I use the symptothermal method of fertility awareness (FAM), so no hormones, and seeing this intro I cannot help but wonder what your FAM charts would look like with each of these experiments, so exciting! I'd imagine delayed ovulation with the experiments that don't go so well and on point estrogen/progesterone levels with lifestlyle changes that do work… I might even try this myself

Hi, I fast for 36 hours twice a week and it's amazing. I have gone for up to 72 hours with 0 calories. I have lost 35lbs so far this year and I have another 50 to lose. Once I hit my goal I will move to a 16 hour window. You obviously have no significant weight to lose but for someone who wants constant loss a 36 hour window works wonders. Once you get over the mental game it's super easy. Everyone is addicted to food so this breaks that addiction. A 16 hour window is cake once you've gone more then 36 hours. To do 36 hours you eat dinner then skip the next 3 meals and eat breakfast 2 days later. GL with all your experiments I will be interested in seeing your results.
Def go Vegan! <3 A plant based diet is the healthiest for overall health and when it comes to fitness, you can DEF get enough protein so don't fret about that lol I have competed as a bikini competitor(Vegan!) and I am prepping for my 3rd show, 2nd as vegan so – I can assure you it is good stuff =) I have been vegan for 3.5 years and you learn a lot as you go along so do some research, find some meal ideas you like, and you will find out soon enough that it is very easy, very healthy, and the physique benefits of a vegan diet are of course an added bonus 😉 Good luck! <3
