lol talks about us not having time then goes on to tell us to make homemade granola. Geez man anything else you gonna recommend we make from scratch? I know some of y'all will say "well you don't have to follow it to a T" Yes I do. I follow these peoples videos religiously.
My favorite is making a big container of Tzatziki. non fat Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, mint, dill, lemon juice, and salt (olive oil if you want it, I leave it out for calorie's sake). Makes a delicious, high protein, low calorie sauce or dressing i will put on literally anything.
I can my stocks. I can up some pints and also quarts. When making soups, gravies etc I just grab a jar of stock, a jar of veggies and a chunk of my favorite meat and there ya go 😋
granola and almonds are the same price so, heh. The only way to make this worth (idk maybe we have 360000 different economies) would be to simply toast oats and quinoa, other than that, we have reached the era where they made it almost impossible for us to self-sustain. Raw ingredients costs a leg and a kidney now. (And they say we ain't overpopulated ayy)
I loved watching this video. You prep like I prep! My friends always wonder how I can spontaneously throw a flavorful and delicious dinner together. Our fridge is a party waiting to happen, I tell them. And I never thought about why. You nailed it and I'm sharing with them. We usually grill veggies and meats on the weekend, using them in different combinations throughout the week. Add your favorite grain and fresh veggies and dinner is served! Having a variety of sauces and dressings on hand changes up the ho-hum of "left overs" and adds a lot of flair to weeknight dinners. Thanks for posting!
Ooo yuck your using AMERICAN TAP WATER to cook with. This is not only packed with neurotoxins, it KILLS flavour. You use to roast yr bones first. Why the change??
I really enjoyed your vid. You gave me a whole new way to think of meal prepping. I thank you for that. It is one of the things I hate the most and by the end of the week I'm bored to tears trying to think up meals just for myself. This will definitely help. Now to head to some of your other vids.
Hmm… got some inspiration here🙂 I'm gonna try another version of this all-purpos sauce. One that is acidic YES, BUT not with the acidity from milk and fruit which upsets the balance in the gut.
I found my favourite cooking series. Excellent info. But that Pho begged to be amped up with some soy sauce, fish sauce, and small amounts of sesame oil and sambal oelek. Yum.
Wow! I haven’t gotten this excited about new cooking ideas since I watched Jeff Smith, the Frugal Gourmet as a child! Thank you 💕🙏 so much, these recipes are life changing. My favorites were the all purpose sauce and pickles.
This actually helped me out when I left the nest. I didn't know what to eat and ate a bunch of cheep ramen cups or hot pockets and I felt horrible. But now I try my best to cook and eat healthy and this channel has helped a lot!
Wow.. this is next level
For how long you can storage the salad dressing in the refrigerator?
Just found your channel. Great ideas band thanks for sharing these recipes. Love them!!!

I use honey dijon mustard and thai peanut sauce regularly.
