when I worked at Starbucks for five years, for our morning markout we would blend a packet of oats, espresso shots, pumps of mocha, a banana if you wanted and whatever milk and it would make such a delicious and think smoothie. I struggle with appetite issues the first half of the day so being able to drink a meal is a life saver! personally this consistency is too thick for me but it's so easy to thin it out just a little, so what a great suggestion 😀
Lol in the UK we have blended oats in the cereal aisle, it's called ready brek. It's always funny to me when we go nuts on the internet like we've made a massive discovery over something people in another country eat all the time. I don't think I've seen it happen with a thing we have in Britain before.
I used to do this long before when I didn’t like chia and flax seeds… I just blend my overnight oats so that I don’t have to bite those seeds… and now it’s a trend 😅lol
Ive never had overnight oats🙂
I ate blended oats which’s is basically just oatmeal blended with milk. Or added with (cinnamon, carrots, beets, etc.)
Do you have to cook the oatmeal?
All I have is just a grinder ☠
British people: ReadyBrek? 😎

Blend the oats dry. Easier to wash 😅

I might stick to oats honey 2% cow milk normal yogurt and the seeds, that sounds good 🤤
Cold Gruel?
i do this but then heat it up in the microwave – i love the texture more than regular porridge for some reason even though it is like baby food lol
It looks like ice cream😊

When you blend you destroy all your fibres! 🤦♀️
