Hi Hannah, I have made this recipe (and it was delicious!), but the top layer of fruit is completely falling apart as soon as it’s not frozen anymore (when it’s frozen it’s not nice to eat). Do you (or anyone) have an advice to make the fruit layer more firm?
Tried the snickerdoodle. Yummy except next time I'll skip the salt! 1/4 tsp was super salty. Looking forward to trying the other recipes! Thanks for all you do.

What kind of blender do you use? I have a Blendtec, but when I don’t soak my cashews first, it doesn’t become that smooth. I’m thinking about investing in a new, better blender. Hope you can recommend something! 🙏🏽❤️
