Thanks for watching! Drop a comment if you are excited to try these recipes! That apple pie yall! Omg 🙌🏻
Hello Tia- New to your channel. I love overnight rolled oats. I make sure the oats are organic. Always chia seeds. The apple pie sounds fabulous! A half cup of oats works for me. Also depends what you add to the jar. I am not a vegan, but follow Mediterranean as healthy as possible, with lots of veggies and fruit. Your channel looks to be packed with lots of helpful tips on eating healthy and losing weight. Looking forward to your videos ~ Diane
I look forward to the different flavors of overnight oats. Thank you 💓
Do you heat it up in the microwave? Or eat it straight from the fridge?
Is that hot milk you added to the oatmeal?
Overnight oats, man i could eat this all day hahaha
Do you warm them up? I just don’t know if I could eat them cold
How long do they last for…should I make it each night or does it still taste great on the 2nd day?
how much rolled oats and how much milk?
wonderful recipes! I'm going for it – but what about getting a canning funnel, I use mine every day for mason jars…. no more spillage….
Do you make some a few days ahead instead of just the night before? Will they still taste good if you make 2 or 3 ahead of time? I work 10 hours a day so making ahead would really help, just wondering about taste and texture.
Loving your channel…new subscriber here! Your recipes look sooo good! I’ve been enjoying pumpkin oatmeal nearly everyday for…5 yrs…!!! 1 1/4 c water, 1/2 c oats, heaping T pumpkin purée. When it’s to the consistency I like, I add a Stevia packet, pumpkin pie spice, coconut, walnuts and sometimes blueberries.
Thanks for these lovely tips! I personally use only about 1/4 cup of oats… but good amount of milk… and the most important thing for me is the huge variety and quantity of fruits that I then chop up on top of my oats 🙂 My oatmeal breakfast turns up to between just 350-400 calories, but keeps me full for 4-5 hours easily.
What is PB2?
Do you eat this cold or warm? Yum!
Hey Tia!!! Thank you for these! Is one jar one serving for you? Just curious! 🙂
I don’t know where to find the video. But I want to thank you for the ‘blueberry delight oatmeal’ I never thought I could eat oatmeal without a ton of brown sugar! This is delicious and something I can eat every morning. I can’t wait to try your overnight oats. I am newly plant based whole food (very new!) Thank you for helping me jumpstart my new health journey ❤️
Thanks for all you do. What I do is let my oats soak in water then when I'm ready to eat that's when I add the plant based milk. That way I get by with 1/3 cup of the plant based milk instead of doing the equal portions of oats and milk.
Thanks for addressing the 'getting hungry' about an hour after eating oatmeal. Do you know if this method would work with regular steel cut oats (not the quick ones)? Thanks
EXCELLENT 💚💚💚
Do you have a recommendation for which plant milk to use? Brand too? It’s overwhelming how many options there are 😂
I love adding a cup of shredded zucchini to my cooked oats! I shred a few zucchini in the beginning of the week, and just grab a handful to throw in my oats each morning. Can't tastes them, and it's an easy way to incorporate veggies in my breakfast.
Love your podcast…ok..going to try going plant base…
I don't know if I missed it but what brand of oats do you use? Thank you for so many ideas! Have a wonderful, blessed day. Mary from Maine.
Where do you get the Pb2? Thank you
🏆👍🏻
Ya but all oats are glyphosate Oates contaminated.
Are you a nutritionist?
How much oatmeal
How much oato
For me, eating 3/4 cup oats and adding a tablespoon of flax seed, really helps to keep me full for hours. I cook my oats in water, but also add in lots of frozen or fresh fruit. Such a great breakfast!
💐
Just wondering, do you make 3 jars at once or one a day? Do they get old if you wait a few days to eat them?
Meat and eggs, raw, no worries anymore about weight. Perfect body.
That got lots carbs and you won’t loose any thing if not gaining 😡
Can't wait to try these out! I'm curious since you mentioned restaurants not always having food for you to eat. What about your husband and kiddos? Do they continue to eat plant based on vacation and at restaurants?
Please help those of us whose sinuses react like crazy to oats and almonds butter
Any idea how long they can stay in the refrigerator? I'm thinking prepping ahead for the week?
