Came back to look at the split pea dip. Thank you.
Ooo…I'm a chocolate lover too!! Definitely going to give a chocolate soaked oat bowl a try… delicious!! That yellow split pea dip looks amazing and yes, all the rosemary!! Love rosemary in so many things. I've never made anything or have seen the yellow peas, going to have to be on the look out. Those kabobs look yummy!! We're kabob fans too, especially on the grill🤩. Thanks so much for sharing…so many great recipes friend!! – Jemissa
I am not a fan of soaked oats. I bulk cook steel cut oats for the week, sometimes I cook with apples and or dried raisins or cranberries. After it is cooked I add all the toppings you mention and it is delicious. I was surprised how good it tastes cold and when I take it to work that is how I eat it. I like to top with frozen blueberries for the extra antioxidants. I love the look of those courgette balls! In Canada they are zucchini and there are lots of them in season now so I will give this a try. I am invited for dinner on Sunday I will bring these an appetizer. That dip looks fabulous too I need to try it as well. I love your energy and enthusiasm
Really good. Love that you meal prep 👍
This is a great recipe! I especially like that it is vegan. I only cook plant based so I’m always looking for more recipes. I think my family will enjoy this. I make cooking videos too. I’d love to learn more from each other!! Never stop learning and growing!
Hello i have never thought of skewers but definitely going to try and that tom yum sauce where would i purchase it that looks more flavorful than soy sauce
I liked the recipe for the split peas, will try it out as it's something different, I usually stick with hummus or fava bean dip. With regards to the hummus, does the consistency change when frozen? I also liked the courgette balls recipe. Thank you for the interesting recipes you post.
I especially loved the last dish with rice.. I liked , what , appeared the simplicity of it However the courgette balls looked brill.. need to be more adventurous… thank you for creativity, energy and commitment to healthy eating and encourage.
ment …To make us try things that are not always in our comfort zones.
Fruit soaked oats look very yummy and not too difficult for my limited cooking knowledge, however the chocolate oats looked the most appetising.! The Greek dip looked tastier than my shop bought Houmus and very economical to make. Tofu veggie kebab skewers are very appetising and the on screen menu makes it easy to follow all the way through. Tofu fried rice very healthy looking and not too difficult for me to attempt. So all in all another great instalment, thank you Kirsty for sharing your great recipes with all of us.
