I’m 19 but I really really like how you said to not take advice from the internet but nha I’m ok I’ve been on this health/fitness journey for about 7 months and i’m doing just fine I’ve not been restricting or done any extreme changes and I feel so much better about myself in so many ways thank you very much for your concern though that shows how much of a caring person you are, I watch these videos so that I can keep on going and sort of relate
Great video with lots of sensible advice. I'm half way through my weightloss journey but have gotten a little side tracked, and lost some focus over the past 3 months. I found this video today and I wanted to say a heartfelt thank you. The part you mentoned about mind set is spot on, I think that's more than half the battle. As long as you can focus on 'your why' and remain in a positive mind set then the decisions you make and everything else will follow. I'm going to watch your updated video next! (posted 4 weeks ago)
Im outside the 5 and 10lb range, lol. Im in my 40s and I know what I need to do to lose some weight. I've been vegetarian for 16 years. But I'm getting back on track and I'm going to eat less, exercise more, and be mindful of my health. I know I need to lose aboutv25 lbs.

I have also lost 35 pounds on a vegan diet. It has worked really well for my husband who lost 45 pounds in two years. We found a set of silicone ring sizers that just stick inside our rings so we can wear them on our ring fingers again , Lol. I found them on Amazon. Thank you for your videos. Calorie counting is stupid.
If you eat 2000 Calories of Ice Cream, Oreos and Doritos.
And your twin eats 2000 Calories of Raw Fruits & Veggies.
The stupid theory of Calorie counting suggests that 2000 Calories is 2000 no matter what you are eating. That’s just STUPID! If you honestly think that 2000 calories of Doritos etc. on a consistent basis will add no more fat to your body than 2000 calories of Raw Fruits and Vegetables then you are STUPID!
