You do have to think about calories. You cannot eat all the potatoes and porridge you like. Some people on YouTube were gaining weight on 30 bananas a day (inspired by Freeelee the banana girl).

i feel like i am eating too much. i become full after my meals which are whole foods and have lots of protein, whole grains,etc. but then before bed i feel very empty in my chest like i am hungry even though my stomach is full
Who can eat more when at work? I don't have time to graze like a cow but I'm starting to understand why they eat in they pasture all day!

aminoacid deficiencies often cause cravings
plants tend to have uneven aminoacid distribution
which means u might have hit ur calories for the day…but not every amino acid
this is especially bad if u always eat the same stuff and r not aware of this…because then u might be continously lacking one of those amino acids
The thought of eating more just makes me want to gag and throw up lol I stopped eating so much and finally have energy but Iām still feeling that empty stomach feeling…

You are SO right! There are many days I don't eat enough vegan food, and I find that in the evening or the next day, I am likely to cheat.Ā
