Loved that you talked about chewing gum! I'm like you – I almost never chew it. I really feel that something unwanted happens with my stomach. Love the taste of some chewing gum the first seconds but later on, when the taste is gone, the gum is horrible. I cannot see any benefits from chewing gum. It costs some money and something unwanted happens with your stomach…

I always eat although i feel Full, becuase i used to restrict, is that okay? Because i could go hours without eating but my parents want me to have something
An appropriate amount of cooking super-starchy foods breaks long chain carbohydrates into something that gives intestines a chance… otherwise bowel bacteria have too much fun (my other sense of bloat). Not much more than water absorbed by one's colon. ie. Cook potatoes but not fruit.
Hi Emmie, do you think itβs possible to experience extreme hunger on a whole unprocessed foods diet even after restricting at about 1500cals? And Iβm not talking about hunger from the low caloric density, because the calories are more than double now! not stuffing but just eating until satiation, but Iβm worried about the amount
