Hi Jenn, I would love to see a video on healthy deli meats! Also, is there such a thing as light butter? I eat real grass fed butter in small amounts. I learned about margarine and fake butters in a tub & I cut them out a long time ago! Along with my coffee creamers.. now I use organic half and half & laird liquid creamer. I love my coffee!
Great video! Whole Foods and homemade non fried foods are definitely better. Also canola and vegetable oil are so bad for us. I lived in Morocco for 2 years and lost 50 pounds. We had a lot of croissants and pastries in the morning but very limited and everything there was basically organic and the dishes are delicious with vegetables as part of their main dishes! This video really resonated with me. No more fried chicken or chips!! Thank you 🙏
I would definitely like to see a video about the best kind of deli meat to purchase! My trigger food is CHEESE. Seriously, I could live on just cheese. I could eat it for every meal…I dream about cheese! I vacillate back and forth about whether I should eat real/whole natural cheese or the low fat/fat free cheese that is all chemicals. Seems to me that the real cheese would be the healthier choice, rather than the fake stuff. I guess moderation is the key. I love your videos Jenn! keep it up.
Oh boy! Potatoe Chips are totally a trigger food for me. I am always looking for a reasonable substitute. Yes, I would also appreciate information on healthier deli meats.
