I tried this with store bought soy milk. it coagulated but was still too soft and had a weird texture. And it tasted like gypsum powder & potato starch! I do not recommend this recipe at all. Way too much gypsum

Could I ask for some help, my didn’t come out smooth and they didn’t stick together. I made my own soy bean. Is 600ml water with 3/4 beans. How many gypsum powder I should put? And potato starch? Too bad I can’t share a photo here.

Hello, I tried this recipe. And I had no success of the soy milk becoming firm. It remains liquid. I decided to try again for second time and still no success. First try I did exactly the ingredients as told in the video. Second time I decided to use corn starch beside potatoe starch and still no success. I don’t understand what I could done wrong.
