I'm almost done, with my 2nd day of I.F. I have dinner at 6pm n breakfast at 9am. I did have a lean cusuine for lunch. But, tomorrow im going to try only 2 meals a day. If im hungry, im going to have a power bar around noon

I'm at my very first experiences with IF, I was always addicted to food and now am trying to cleanse myself with water only fasting for a few days. But I am taking baby steps. First will be doing 16 to 24 hrs intermittent. Will work myself to a 48 hour fast, in a few weeks, but for now, training my brain that's it's perfectly ok to go without food. I need to re wire my constant food cravings.

Calorie deficit is NOT why intermittent fasting works. It works because your body is not spiking insulin all the time.
I’ve eaten a calorie restricted diet for a long time—years in fact, until it no longer worked. Found through personal research that my issue was not just calories, it was insulin, as it is for others.

Personal experience is what counts. I know empirically that eating one meal a day (every morning) helped me lose weight dramatically. I don't need to watch videos like this to modify my knowledge.
I’ve done it for 6 months and lost 48 pounds as well as 100 push ups a day all I sets as well running for 3 times a week jogs and changing between running and jogging for 45 seconds in between
It's not just about calorie defisit actually, there are many biochemical reactions that happen in our body when we are fasting. that makes this method be more effective for weigh loss than other diet method.

Then the overnight 7p-11a 🚫stop grazing😂 gives your body a chance to metabolize all that food you ate the day before L O L no brainer. Our 20 & 20 60 Lbs with family members & by eating healthier, the Lbs never regained! You can do it!

Sigh… Calorie deficit is how it works, but if your hormones are screwed up, your metabolism winds down and you store lots of those calories rather than burn them. Metabolism can be improved through exercise somewhat, but fasting and certain foods can manipulate hormones in certain ways to make it work overtime.
NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING ACCURATE ON WHAT INTERMITTENT FASTING IS. The only thing they got right was the 6 hour window of eating. You fit the THREE meals in that window.
