Hi to all Wil’s subscribers here on the channel! My wife and I just purchased Wil’s cookbook and it is amazing! The photography is truly art and just amazing..and the recipes are his usual stupendous takes on delicious Asian and other cultural foods. The ramen recipes alone are going to keep us busy for years! LOL. We highly advise pulling the trigger and getting one- the value is over the roof. BTW, we have never done a recommendation for a cookbook before in our lives! Big thumbs up for Wil! 👍
Hi! I'm new to your channel. This is the second recipe I tried, and we looved it! Your explanations are very clear, and Iove that you use simple ingredients. Beautiful experience cooking with your guidance. Thank you so much for all that you share! 🤍🙏🏽
Watched this in bed last night, and absolutely had to make it for lunch today 🙈 It was so so good! I used lychee (from a can) instead of pineapple. Next level delicious. We don't have any good Chinese food where I live, so it makes me so happy when I find a "takeaway" recipe that is easy to make, and on the healthy side too ❤️
Beautiful video…finally convinced my mom to try tofu—she loves it!—and she’s got THIS lovely video as a reference. Thank you for sharing with all of our families. Be well!
Hello boss, you seemed to add half cup of water after adding the half cup of apple cider vinegar, but you made no mention of it, nor was anything about this mentioned in the description. Come on man, be precise, and do watch your video at least twice before you post it.
Cooked it tonight for the first time, and despite substituting apple cider vinegar (none at home) with white wine vinegar, it was absolutely yum! Thank you 🙂
I usually don’t comment on videos but I felt compelled to do so today after making this dish for my sister and myself. We both thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you Wil for sharing all of these amazing delicious yet simple to make recipes. I’m looking forward to recreating some more of your recipes and I’m confident that they will also taste just as delicious 🙂

Wil, What brand of tofu do you use? It looks like it has a great texture and I'd like to try it myself. Thanks!
Also, I'm making this tonight for dinner, but with my inferior tofu. LOL! I'm sure it will still be delicious because you've never let me down. <3

Help! What did I do wrong? I tried making this and it takes very strongly of vinegar.

The sauce isnt sweet like other sweet n sour sauces I had before. Good recipe.
Hi Wil, how do you give your dishes umami flavor? Or it isn't necessary, do they still taste delicious without the umami element? Thanks!
Thank you for this special food and the way you prepare it, you make it even more provocative and exquisite.
