Bananas dont last to even get properly ripe in my house. I have to hover, sometimes steal a couple and hide them just so i can ripen them and put them in the freezer for smoothies lol

OMG GIIRRRLL thank you for the calorie talk. let’s not shame people wanting to count calories! I do it every day because I find that it keeps me accountable for what I’m putting in my mouth. But I understand some people can’t do this and it becomes an obsession for them. I had to Unfollow one of the whole food plant-based Youtuber recently because of this. She had a click-bait title that said “calories included” but then went on saying how we shouldn’t be counting. TRUST ME when I don’t I always OVER EAT and gain weight.

I don' like to count calories either, Miranda! As long as the foods I am eating are whole food and plant based, I just weigh myself a few times a week to check in like you said!

Making the oat bar now. Sounds so good. The chips do it for me. Also, making the marsala sauce for supper. Adding onion to it and can of chickpeas drained.
Miranda, I’m loving your channel. Your recipes usually are very good. I’m wondering if you could do some breakfasts/snacks that don’t have oats in them. My daughter has been advised by her doctor to avoid oats (and gluten) and I’m trying to find plant based meals to accommodate this. Thanks.
