I am going to serve these to my family, and they won't be home when I cook them.
Hi! These were delicious! But how could I substitute the maple syrup for next time? Because maple syrup is expensive
Made them ❤ delicious!
i just made these. the texture is more of the fudgy type of brownie vs cakey. not a fan of the frosting, so i scraped it off. the frosting was too bitter probably because i used cacao powder, but i normally don’t care if there is frosting on brownies to begin with. i’m not a huge fan of maple syrup in all of the baked goods because i feel like it has a distinct and noticeable taste. i will probably make these again but use a different sweetener. thanks for the recipe.
I made these brownies this evening and wanted to tell of a mistake I made. When I rinsed and drained the Black beans I didn't wait long enough for them to dry enough. When I mixed them in the blender with everything else my batter was too thin and it took almost 46 minutes to totally cook in the oven.
I noticed that when you made the chocolate icing it looked kind of thick, but when you spread it on the brownie it was much smoother to spread more easily? Does it thin out a little when sitting?
Wow! I can't wait to make this… Thank You so much
Going to try this recipe ASAP!!!😃
if i use a different sweetener than maple syrup like honey or raw sugar, would it be an equal replacement or do i use less?
This is fun! I already make a “mystery cake” recipe every Christmas. It’s main ingredient is a can of tomato soup. Now, I can include this recipe. I’ll bake into mini loaves and give as gifts. Mystery cake, apple cake, pumpkin bread, and now include black bean brownies . . . One of each. I love it!!
The mystery cake is from an old Joy of cooking book.
Hii Dani.,please suggest what can be used instead of maple syrup?I don't want to use honey as well. So tell me another healthier option.
Great recipe very clever with the beans Dani 👍
2 millions is so close
What can be used instead of oat to make the brownies gluten free?
Due to DIABETES, what can I use besides Maple Sugar ? Thanks
The black bean chocolate brownies, look delicious. I want to make, thank you.
Dani, please, could I leave out the chocolate chips?
You are amazing, Dani!! Thank you for sharing this delicious recipe!!!
Wow this recipe is incredible ty🥰
That is NOT a healthy recipe. Maple sugar is sugar. This recipe has tons of it! It’s good but don’t say healthy.
Merci
My icing is lumpy! I’m going to try microwaving it for a few seconds. Eek, I hope I don’t ruin it.
It's always so comforting watching your videos.
Thank you I can't wait to make these! PS I miss your bloopers at the end of the video ,😃
Slamming these down wirh a protein shake …ohhh ya!!!! 🧂
Did you microwave the frosting before adding to the brownies? Wondering how you got the thick, fudgy frosting so pourable. Thanks in advance!
I will be making this for sure!! Oh my, 😋
Thunderstriking & shaking up how do you manage to make things a perfect, Love your work, Why don't you add your cooking video on KHAL….😃😄🤩
😄😁
What brand/type of protein do you use for your smoothies?
Thanks for the recipe! If it's not too much trouble, could you add metric measurements of the ingredients? That would be of immense help to non-American bakers.
especially love the frosting!
I love all recipes using any bean. Beans, canned, or fresh made are a mainstay in my home.
QUESTION: ANY ALTERNATIVE TO USING MAPLE SYRUP?
Yum! Definitely trying this!
📢THIS LOOK SUPER🚨💥💥💥💥💥 GOOD😊😊😊😊😊 LET'S GO CHAMP💪🏾
if you use other beans like white, garbanzo, or kidney beans, will the texture and flavor come out okay?
Oh can’t wait to try this!, your previous bean brownie recipe is one of my favorites that I’ve made regularly
This looks amazing ! Dani, is it possible to sub Monkfruit sweetener for the maple syrup in the batter? I have to watch my sugar intake!
