The team behind Pan-Latin hotspot Amaru opened Bloom Plant Based Kitchen with the mission to be better to the earth, and enable customers to be better to their bodies. One thing is for certain–vegans and non-vegans are in agreement that the dishes served at the trendy Wicker Park restaurant are undeniably delicious. From Margo’s Flat Bread, made with spicy arribiata sauce, requeson, broccolini, and basil, to dishes that will fool your pallet, such as the Carribbean Jack (made with Jackfruit) and Lions Mane, made with local mushrooms of the same name, adobo, smoked sofkee, and chimichurri.
