I like how your videos are packed with useful information. You also have a very pleasant voice!
When you're living in countries like Germany, the sun isn't strong enough during winter for your body to produce vitamin d from it (from october all the way through march). So that's when I take a vitamin d supplement.
IMPORTANT! You mentioned to get your vitamin D from the sun and not to wear sunscreen. Vitamin D is absorbed regardless of UVA or UVB protection.
If youβre going to be exposed to the sun for any length of time you should be wearing SPF!
Hello Jaclyn, I just came across your channels and am binge watching. I am a vegan and after being with my now-husband for last 6+ years who is a meat eater, I completely ignored my nutrient needs and almost had no proteins and I think that is what has finally started showing up in different health issues I am having. Sorry for my own personal blabber. Anyways, going back to binge watching your channel, I have one question after watching this particular video for grocery list. I apologize if it is too personal of a question but I would want to know as to what is your workout routine that you are able to eat average 2500 calories a day. If I am not wrong, calorie intake depends on your desire to lose / maintain weight, height, current weight and activity done. So just curious how you are able to eat such a high calorie average in a day. Apologies if you already have a video on that and probably I haven't got to that yet. Thanks in advance!
love it
Where did you get the high protein tofu…can't seem to find it anywhere in BC.

I'm so envious with people who tolerates soy so well π©π’ and to those living in a country with a lot of protein-rich vegan products… π
Love this plan but you donβt get vitamin d from the sun. It merely helps you absorb it
Thank you, thank you, thank you! π
This was extremely helpful. Thank you so much for organizing this information as a grocery list; I think this might be the most helpful format I've come across.
