You should try Caroline Girvan for workouts!! She has helped me so much to appreciate my body and what it can do etc and she has also taught me a lot about proper exercising…. In terms of me having an exercise addiction and going way overboard. And she does such amazing variety too!! I have been enjoying your videos so much!! Only found you a couple weeks ago!! 💜 a fellow Ontarian!!!

I really appreciate that you emphasize so much that this is your way to eat and exercise and don't try to tell people that they should do the same. Everyone is unique in their needs and what works for me probably won't work for the next person, so collecting data about how food and movement make you feel and then base your diet and movement on that, is really important to learn. Thank you for sharing your way, it's very inspiring to see so much joy and authenticity!
