I also am a huge believer in clean air. Air purifiers have drastically help me sleep. Think. And reduce my asthma symptoms. Most homes are 5x dirtier than outdoor air. Those pollutants are known to cause premature death depending on the city or country you live in. Millions die per year from polluted air. And many illnesses and life threatening health threats can appear including cancer, stroke, heart attacks, chronic inflammation, you name it. Air and water filtration are so important. Very overlooked.

Inflammatory markers have been consistently low in blood work with optimal renal function, Vit D and omega3 levels. Best part to it…best sleep ever. Pain and suffering is gone
I have been only about ten days on a plant based diet and my blood glucose has returned to normal and I feel encouraged.
Ayurvedic doctors used to advise my grandfather and father on such diet back in the fifties when I was a child.
I recall some of their conversations and the gist was eat varieties of vegetarian diets and eat less.
Nothing is new but we should know better.
Dr Dean Ornish has been advocating this since the nineties.
It is regrettable that it took me a Doctor this long to listen to his advice even if I believe him.

I was keto and did loose weight, and felt good ~ and enjoyed the food I was eating. While I do think keto is healthier than a SAD diet. Then I had a serious ‘ cardiac event ‘ ‘ it’s time to try something new. I’m trying the Ornish Diet.

Went plant based for just over a month now have lost too much weight have been eating 4 full meals a day with 4 pieces of fruit Im a 6ft guy so don't think I should be looking this skinny any advice?
im all for a plant based diet. about 90% plant based and transitioning more but i believe but theres no point making shit up. I made much more muscle gains and recovery was better eating protein from animal sources due to the amino acid profile and bio availability,. but recovery and muscle gains isnt why i stopped eating most meat and dairy its for ethical and long term health reasons,. No point saying you are going to get more powerful and a better athlete though because that is definitely no true in most sports and strength related activities. doesnt mean u cant get gains in these things just that they wont be as much on a plant based diet. for ur heart health though and overall health sure its definitely better. But as he showed in the picture of the three arteries in 3 different diets, its quite likely a whole food plant based diet with a serving of fish a few times a week and a few servings of low fat dairy, maybe even very lean meat a few times a week,, like the tsimane tribe, would result in spotless arteries the same as the plant based diet. Now plant based advocates should mostly focus on ETHICAL reasons and add in realistic and TRUE health benefits claims for the diet not make up shit and largely exaggerate to support an agenda. once you make untrue claims your whole point of view is now discredited.
