I need help Iโm just started being vegan last week and I never looked back I havenโt been eating that much Only Apples and oranges. I been tryna stay away from the food my family eat, and itโs hard. But I have strong will power and I havenโt ate no bad food since I started my Journey. I just need to know what type of grocery list I need to make because I donโt know what Iโm doing and I want stay healthy and get my body in shape and stay on the right path.

FULL RECIPE (ALL INGREDIENTS LISTED)
INGREDIENTS
red onion (half)
garlic (3 cloves)
jalapeno pepper (large)
mushrooms (5 chopped)
chickpeas
coconut milk
tomato paste x1
reg bag of spinach
SPICES (teaspoon of each)
masala
pink Himalayan salt
ground cumin
ground coriander
turmeric
curry powder
Wild rice or brown rice
Boil rice
chop the mushrooms, jalepeno, onion, garlic
cook the onion, garlic, peppers & spices in olive oil
add mushrooms, add water & salt
add chickpeas, coconut milk, tomato paste
cook ~10 mins
add spinach, cook 5 mins
Serve with avocado
I use potatoes instead of mushroom ๐
Can you do vegan oxtail and/ or curry goat?
