I lost 5 kg in 1.5 months. Did 30min aerobics, 30 min badminton, 30 min walk. 8-10 glasses of water 1100-1200 calories. Tea without sugar. No direct sugar intake apart from marie biscuits (4 per day) 60g paneer after workout. 1 banana and Black coffee before workout. 8-9 hrs sleep coz recovery is very important.
