I do enjoy all of your videos. I have learned a lot about my diet and how I need to improve on what I eat and how much I eat, I don't eat enough of the right foods for my diet.
I used to drink lemon tea/water, it eroded all my tooth enamel. Not recommended by dentists
Hi Karli, my bloated "baby" belly is quite big and shows when I'm wearing jeans, etc. It's getting to me, any advice to reduce it please? I am on a very low fat (or no fat) WFPB diet, I eat lots of veggies, I also eat legumes, potatoes and squashes. Thank you, Lulu x
her eating habits may tend to be orthorexic and disordered eating, but some people use this as a way to cope when they lose weight and fear of gaining weight back. Im not an expert but I saw the comment of someone else.
Hello. Love your vids Karli. I've been watching awhile. I eat and workout pretty similarly to you but for different reasons that I should prob address sooner or later. I've been thinking of a way to ask to this without it coming off the wrong way. I hope I don't but is this kind of like orthorexia? And if not, what is the difference? Has it ever been brought up before? It's been brought up to me before in regards to my habits and my thought process tells me that there's no way that it could be a bad thing.
