i’ve noticed that using thawed frozen fruit brings out the flavor of the frozen fruit better. i just put all of the frozen ingredients in a container in the fridge to thaw the night before so it’s ready to blend the next day.

I mean it looks nice, but it's just a smoothie with protein. Not a protein smothie, definitely not a high protein smoothie.. Peanut butter and many other ingredients used in these recipes are mainly fat and secondarily protein. A food or smothie with 25g of protein in 650 kcal is completely different than one with 25g of protein in 270 kcal. One is high protein, the other isn't.
I mean just 2% yogurt has 20g protein in 140 kcal! Easiest smothie ever!
You can either have a high protein diet, or be vegan. Can't have both.

I prefer room-temp smoothies; quicker to consume and easier on the sensitive teeth. Back when I pumped the iron I made a 1000-calorie shake with nut butters, oats, protein powders, bananas, and olive oil. Olive oil was perfect for the extra calories without adding volume. Coconut oil worked too.

I've been watching your videos as I've been struggling to eat eat better and more humanely recently and they have been a great inspiration. Thank you! If you are looking for video ideas, perhaps I can offer a suggestion? My lady and I struggle to eat high protein vegan diets because one of us hates beans. So perhaps some high protein meals directed towards people who tend to avoid legumes?

I just found your channel incredible. I am 63 fatty liver pre diabetic so it is time for a huge change. I have had a vitamix since early 91 and they rock. I was a vegetarian for 13 years time to get back to it. No more candy, ice cream , red meat, chicken or cheese. I gave up milk in 91. I just need to be careful about sugar. I saw one of your dinners great dang I am in. Bless you Andrew I will be back. I am subscribed.

I made the high protein vegan smoothie, and boy. I drank it at 9am, and was still FULL by 3:30pm. Like, what?? Most smoothies make me hungry soon after. I also added a frozen banana. I actually don’t love super cold smoothies and I like that this was room temp to cool. Thanks for these recipes! Also instead of almond butter I used Kirkland Signature Mixed Nut butter and also add 2 little dates.
If you incorporate some coconut in the last one then you’d have an Almond Joy vibe going

1/2 cup cold coffe, 4/5 cup frozen blueberries, 1-2 tbs peanut/cashew butter, 1/4 tbs cinnamon, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder.
1 frozen banana, oats, half an avocado, 1 tbs raw cacao, 25 gr cashew butter, 1-2 tbs turkish yoghurt, 1 scoop (35 gr) chocholate protein powder and coconut/almont milk, a little over 1 cup.
