Are you aware that Stephanie is no longer vegan, she has decided to add meat once a week to her diet.? I subscribed to their channel because of you, Mamma , so presumably you chose that channel because the twins were vegan. I am sad, but I can’t possibly subscribe to a channel that now believes it is acceptable to consume dead animal flesh.
I started my WFPB journey on 15 Jan 22 once all the christmas wine/ prossecco was drunk. Its been awesome so far!
Just starting my journey to eat healthier? It's been only a week. Not too sure if I'm doing it correctly? How can I know if I am getting enough protein? Simple meals like rice beans potatoes toss salad broccoli? Nutritional yeast. When do I start taking B12 supplements?

Tia! the moment when I saw your video about “how am I still overweight on a vegan diet” you totally helped me figured out the answer I’ve been trying to look for!!. Not only that but you’ve gained my trust & interest right away when I saw a couple of your other videos that I’ve saw!. My year in 2021 has been an emotional stressful, overwhelming, depressing year for me especially with the pandemic still going on & made me feel like I’m taking so many losses everyday instead of wins like how I was during precovid. I’m currently working with minor league basketball & soccer players (use to) which affected my homeostasis, sleep, & eating schedule being full time on the sports medicine staff my body was outta wack which caused me to eat really late at night & mainly gained weight while eating on a pescatarian/ poultry/ vegetarian diet. I wanna get back to my winning mentally on something new & change a lot of stuff dramatically & take it up a notch now with a new mission on my vision!. Now in 2022 I’m only gonna be working with minor league basketball players & no more soccer for me (Thank God! lol) which means I’ll have a normal life schedule & offseason (well kinda lol). I’ve already subscribed to you! & I look forward to seeing more videos of your ideas & see how I can incorporate my daily meals on a daily basis! I've just subscribed,, and with lots of your help I'm hoping to lose around 50lb, I feel so ashamed saying that,, I really need to make a change before it gets worse,, not vegan but want to be,, so I guess we all have to start somewhere,, I want to lose weight,, feel good about myself again,, and get back to a healthier slimmer me,,, as I'm getting older I find weight so easy to put on and so much harder to lose,

I use to be an all or nothing person but I have learned that I can still stay All IN even if I have a hiccup once in awhile. I think we try so hard to be perfect at this and that just isn’t realistic. You are always there stressing to not give up on yourself. Don’t let a bad day or weak moment turn into a bd week or more.Thanks for all the great tips and tricks!

Rebounding (jumping) is SO amazing for weightless and in draining your lymphatic system. Also a great way to "detox" your body. Many are more familiar with that term. This year, I promised myself to start rebounding again (20-30 mins a day) in addition to no added sugar. I'm really an all or none/black and white thinker (and I'm a cert health coach…) which makes it harder, but I know exactly what I need to do. You look great, Mia!
Do you have any big/easy family recipes? My family eats mostly vegetarian and I'm interested in incorporating more vegan meals. They are BIG eaters! Love your videos!

I love beachbody on demand. You can workout from home whenever you feel up to it. Plus they offer yoga. Awesome trainers. They also have a bike. Check them out.
Great video! If we all could stay motivated and keep our willpower we would all reach our health and fitness goals. Not everyone has the strong willpower as others unfortunately 🙁

Great video- thank you! I’m going to focus on cutting out the oil and upping the green veggies. Do you have any lunch recommendations for people who don’t really get much time to eat? I’m a hairstylist and it’s hard for me to schedule enough time to sit and eat lunch. I usually just take fruit and maybe a Lara bar to snack on ….
Hydration, hydration, hydration. It takes me all day to drink a healthy mainly vegetable based smoothie. Takes me longer to drink the equivalent in boring water. I’ll start there for sure. Seems simple but for me a bit tough as I can go all day on one coffee.

I would rather have goals than new year resolutions because it is known people in general don't keep to resolutions but realistic and achievable goals are better and you are not putting yourself under pressure to achieving something that might not be realistic and achievable.
