Steroids are vegan too😂
I'm a vegan and I'm sorry but this was the weakest, non factual Ted talk I've seen
powder guy
Well I guess you're lucky your mother and grandmother ate meat or you'd never have been born. Of course you'd never think of that.
Try living in a cabin in the woods of alaska or Norway and staying vegan. Good luck
Possible herbal cure for ALS,diabetes, herpes, Alzheimer, etc at Dr Ogbebor herbal centre YouTube channel , I was treated and cured from 16yrs diabetes 2 with the use of Dr Ogbebor powerful herbal medicine☘️
He's back, on meat now
nice, but what and how much of that are you eating every day?
Red meat cow liver is the most nutrient dense food on earth. All meat is far more nutrient dense than any plant. No plant comes close to it. Period! Eating meat is my "Human Right". If vegan was so healthy then why do vegans have to take supplements? And speaking as a type 2 diabetic, I ate a plant based diet for more than 50 years and it gave me type 2 diabetes. There is no way I would ever do a plant based diet again or become vegan.
This is true. This diet saved my life. Raw fruit is optimal diet. 💪🍇
I’m going 99% vegan. But I’ll eat eggs. I had cancer at age 35 because of a genetic abnormality so I don’t want to be eating a bunch of animal protein which has been shown to increase IGF-1 and potentially tumor growth. But I want to be buff 💪🏾. So I’m going 99% vegan.
Great job, I followed a very similiar path. In 6 months I went from 217 to 160 and more importantly gained back my life/health
I’m not a vegan, but I don’t eat meat or eggs. It’s nothing about “ism”. I’m not following an ideology. One night with a mutton dish on my table, I realized that it is an animal and I’m going to eat it not even for food but for sheer taste. It’s my own individual realization. I turned away the plate and was sure that I’ll not eat meat again. It’s not that my body or brain doesn’t crave. But me being a conscious evolved human being can’t allow myself to do something which my brain knows is wrong. Now it’s no more that I don’t eat meat, I can’t eat meat. And that’s till I don’t have to change for survival. It was only that night and that moment when I realized that it was never a necessity but a choice. I have to force myself. But the realization is over already. I don’t mind anyone eating meat. My take on this is one has to realize it himself/herself. I can at best make an humble suggestion. 😇
We are evolved creatures and we are not forced to eat meat. Not saying that I’m against someone who does. But the thing is, we are doing it only as a preference. We have other choices. We can’t blame a Tiger or Hyena for killing for “food”, but we can question “ourselves” on killing for “taste”. It’s not about me telling you or the other way around. It’s about we realizing it for ourselves. If we can do without killing them, Why not!!
Ex big carnivore. 4 years vegan and it has been one of the best choices I've made
Go vegan !
Great Video! We just released the Number 1 Vegan Dessert Cookbook!
215-185=30…
I think I eat 1-2 cows a month. I need to tapper down on meat and be open minded about becoming a vegan. Pray for me.🙏
Vegan would be better. but going lacto-ovo vegetarian is darn good, in itself. I don't remember what what a headache felt like, colds and flu either. But you have to not take in the bad, as well as intake of the good. There's two parts to it.
I've been vegan for 2 minutes and im loving it
🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩
It's official guys! I am going vegan.
Basically said nothing about vegan bodybuilding though… but good to see a big guy that is vegan, shows it is possible I guess.
Around 30% of indians are vegan…that's whopping 52 crore people…
I've been Vegan for 2 weeks and I'm loving it so far!
Vegans who go out in the sun don't get sick
This man is really inspirational. Thank you for this excellent post.
It's funny how people are "skeptical" about ANY diet when all they have to do is try it for a month or a year at least and see what their body (the boss) says. Ahhh but here is the HUGE problem: Few are those who know what the heck they are doing with nutrition fundamentals to design ANY diet let alone one different than what they are used to.
Although I'm not sure I'll ever fully switch to veganism, it is evident that a vegan diet is the best diet for health and longevity.
A "plant-based, mostly vegetarian" experiment.
I can't relate i come from western europe i grew up with a vegetarian household..
Left home young ate meat
Thanks for sharing, great experience.
Its not the best idea to eat every single day.. especially big meals
Being vegan is a movement it is not just about getting away from meat for health reason, it is also about caring for life, empathy, rational thinking, taking responsibility for environment. Being vegan results in 360 change in perspective about life. A thought experiment for everyone, what happens if lets say middle east becomes vegan.
A little bit of meat is okay we talking 2-3 times a month. Balance is key, prophet Muhammed(pbuh) ate little meat a warned against eating it too much.
Very good vidio. Let the truth know i rarely eat meat now. I was vegan for more than ten years
