Best biology beak you can get, thx daddy Walker
Thang you for sharing
If a biologist tell you to go vegan, JUST DO IT!
Just starting. What a brilliant speaker. Thanks to all the pioneers leading us back to healthy habits and mindset. Hope it’s affordable.
I find it interesting all the vegan preaching talks yet TEDx removed the video done by Mikhaila Peterson Where she explains in her TEDx talk how a red meat only diet solved many of her rather serious health problems but we cant have that message getting spread now-a-days.
This was so good! Ill never be or say im vegan 🤢 but i will definitely be whole food plant based! And im so excited for the change!
I am attempting a vegetarian diet , but my gut is absolutely having a terrible time. Im hoping to stick with it though, i would never go vegan
Very well spoken. The thing that meat eaters have a really difficult time with is getting off the meat. It is an addiction, just as any. That's why so many vegans eat Impossible Whoppers. Vegetables and fruits will certainly help to extend your life and help prevent sickness. For those that have grown up on a meat-eating diet, it's very difficult to transition and, sustain. I think that a meat moderation would be a better place to start. The centenarians can't be discounted and eat a mostly plant-based diet. However, they do consume some meat and dairy and still live healthy lives to 100 plus. Everything is raw and non-processed. This tells me that WHOLE foods are more important. This isn't hocus pocus. There can be a median. More fruits and veggies, some meat and dairy, no processed food.
Can he explain omnivores? P.S. I am actually moving to a vegan diet.
Best
…today everybody knows its not true!
if you want to learn to lose weight speak to an anorexic, or a keto person.
if you want to gain true health speak to a whole food plant based person.
Very interesting subject but in a very boring presentation 😴
I would argue that time is the main cause of death.
excellent presentation.
He is correct on the processed food, don't eat that.
I eat only meat, egs, fish, cheese, yoghurt.
I cured my diabetis, hypertensia, artritis, migraines, lost 36Kg. never sick. No more brain fog.
He is totaly wrong on the animal products, clearly idiology.
Fiber is wood, i don't eat wood 🤣
It is proven that diabetes can be much better cured on a keto diet.
So happy for the shout-out to Dr. Barnard and PCRM!
We evolved eating meat not plants. Plants are full of toxic defensive substances. Fibre is of no use in the human body, thats why the body strives to get rid of it quickly.
This speech must be spread.
I love my rib steaks. Yum yum. You can have your broccoli and beans. You may live a few years more than me but we all die.
I just wish that we could have more faith in the credibility of fruit and vegetables regarding the pesticides and chemical fertilisers that seem to be uncontrolled.
This man is my hero! ❤
I have lived entirely on plant based diet for ages . lately I find myself being challenged by craving for fish or chicken fillets of which I ultimately consume and guilt will then follow! It happens very seldom though mostly when I feel my weight has dropped too much because of stress.
I went vegan 7 years ago and I'll NEVER go back to eat meat/dairy products. I lost weight, my complexion and hair look great and the best part no more IBS, I feel awesome!!! Now my health tests come back perfect every year. I can also feel a HUGE difference in my immune system, I rarely get sick. A plant based diet was the best thing thing that I did for my health, I wish I would have done it waaaaay before. All my family is vegan now. Thank you for sharing this info!
So just eliminate MDs—meat & dairy!
I’m fed up with drug prices and so many doctor visits too!
How to change AND stay changed over to WFPB. Wish I knew how.
Oliver Saks—wow I am such a fan of his fascinating books.
How would you explain the Native Americans of the Great Plains who primarily are bison and were some of the tallest, healthiest people to ever live?
Animals get diseases because sick minded humans continue to experiment on animals
Thank you my lord…thank you 🙏🙏🙏
I just love the way he delivers information in such a clear, direct, easy-to-understand way! This is one of the best talks on this topic I have listened to.
I also follow a WFPB diet and love the results, have lost a lot of weight. My 8 year old son who also eats this way is his school's top athlete and is very energetic. I also have 4 year old twins who are doing very well on this way of eating. My one twin has Down syndrome and her health is actually very good.
Very sad to see the amount of vegan junk food now available.
Eliminating meat & dairy has improved my life exponentially!!!
I urge everyone to use Dr Alaho Olu herbal supplements on YouTube because he cured my HSV 2 and HPV. He cures multiple Fibroids too
I'm considering switching to a vegan diet and I'm very sympathetic to many of the arguments for veganism. I'm watching videos like this to learn more about how to switch. Having said that, I don't think that this is a very good argument.
If an animal gets sick with a disease, cancer, diabetes, heart problems, etc. They don't have a doctor to go to, they can't go to the hospital, they just die.
If a human gets cancer, diabetes, heart problems, etc. We recognize the symptoms, we go to the doctor and we get treatment. We live long, albeit disease filled lives.
This guy is my biology teacher up daddy walker
This is my biology teacher. He is the best. Thank you very much for spreading this message.
obi wan merchant
love you mick
Every aspect of capitalism is contributing to the downfall of life on Earth. Your pathological diet is only the tip of the iceburg
Brilliant video! And I think I have learned quite a bit further in life. 🙂
